Every effort is made to ensure that our website is up to date with what products are currently available and which ones are out of stock. But inevitably, there are times when an order is placed for an out of stock product before its status can be updated on the website. Should a conflict arise with an item you purchase, a representative will contact you regarding your order.

For security reasons, all credit card numbers are automatically deleted from our system after 30 days from the initial date of order. Should the replenishment of an out-of-stock item delay the processing and filling of your order by more than 30 days, you will be asked to re-place your order with us. In this situation, the first order is naturally canceled and your credit card is only charged for the second order.
